How does the Hade platform work?

Members of the public can request to place a notice by contacting Hade using WhatsApp .

Notices are available to be viewed on the mobile app once approved and activated by Hade on the platform.

 

How do I place a new notice?

Once you have contacted Hade , your agent will send you details of the process to follow which will enable us to capture and activate your notice.

 

How do I get the Hade App?

Search for "Hade Funeral" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or use the links below.

 

How does the mobile app work?

The Hade app is used to view new and old notices from your mobile device.

Details of the notice can be viewed, including, funeral service information and photos provided by the family.

Old notices are kept active on the platform for a pre-determined amount of time after the service.

 

What does it cost?

The mobile app is free to download and will only incur costs for data usage.

The cost to place a notice is available on request from your Hade agent .
